CSG have significant experience in delivering surveying and construction projects within the heavily regulated PFI/PPP sector, with a strong understanding of the operational risks and competing interests to both the Project Companies and the Contracting Authorities. 

CSG are currently assisting a number of public sector and private sector clients in the management of CoBP/hand-back surveys and rectification schemes.
